Butterfly flower pea tea
If you have dries butterfly pea flowers, i bought them from market.
- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan and add 7 to 10 dried flowers.
- Steep until the color of the water turns blue.
- Strain the mixture and add sugar or honey for taste.
- Can sever hot or cool
A dash of lemon added to the tea drastically changes the color from deep blue to purplish pink, apart from the taste.
